Mike Andriano is the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida and has been since June 2015. Prior to coming to BBBSCFL Mike served as a Senior Pastor in Central Florida for 15 years. He is the father of 3 young men. Mike is an experienced leader and communicator. Lisa is no stranger to the community. Born and raised in Central Florida, Lisa grew up in an environment of giving. For more than six years, Lisa was the development officer at BETA Center where she was responsible for raising nearly $10 million dollars. Before working at BETA Center Lisa worked for the American Cancer Society for nearly seven years.
Serving on the International level and the state level, Lisa is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, serves on the board of REBUILD globally and is an advocate for Big Brothers Big Sisters (she’s been a mentor to the same Little Sister, Aqua, for ten consecutive years). Her professional achievement earned her a nomination as the Fundraiser of the Year by the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation and was honored by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the area’s “Top Forty under 40” business executives.

Glen Marie is the Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. She began her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Tallahassee, FL in 2014. Glen Marie is proud to have been raised in the Central Florida community and is a graduate of West Orange High School. Glen Marie has Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminology and Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. Glen Marie is an active member of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. and enjoys serving her local community and spending time with her husband and family.

Jean Severance is the Finance Manager of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida (BBBS). Originally from California she has been in the Orlando area for the past 35 years so considers herself a “transplanted native”. Before coming to BBBS she was the Finance Director of The American Red Cross of Central Florida for more than 20 years. For both organizations she is fortunate to have had the unofficial title of CCB (Chief Cookie Baker) with the goal of “baking” the world a better place.

As the New Client Manager, Samantha Brewer is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of all youth and volunteers and facilitating program orientations. Samantha graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Education and is currently working towards her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Troy University. Samantha has a passion for working with youth and bettering the community by helping young people make positive changes.

BREVARD COUNTY COORDINATOR
A Brevard County native and graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard Law School, Brooke’s mission is to strengthen families and promote positive youth development in Brevard County. She loves interviewing and matching up Bigs and Littles in her position with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. Since 2008, Brooke’s lifework has been focused on her roles as a family mediator and child advocate, most notably volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem and serving on the board of her local Community Based Care agency, Brevard Family Partnership. Prior to focusing on positive youth development and peacemaking, Brooke practiced in multiple areas of the law, from a big city large firm mergers & acquisitions practice to being a solo practitioner criminal defense lawyer. She is most proud of her husband, Loren Goldfarb (a former Little from Baltimore, Maryland), and her two amazing children, Macie & Lucas.

Kathleen Miller was born in Massachusetts but has lived in Orlando since 1953. She lives with her husband and their three dogs. She is the biological mother of four children and the adoptive mother of one child. Kathleen is the grandmother of 13 and most call her Mema. One of her passions is her love for dogs and horses. The other is triathlons. She became a sprint triathlete when she was 58. She is a graduate of Evans High School and UCF where she earned her degree in Social work. She is a Client Support Manager and has been with BBBSCFL for 9 years.
