Men Cooking from the Heart will be held at the Melbourne Auditorium on March 20, 2010 beginning at 6:30 PM. Men Cooking from the Heart gathers over 100 individuals who volunteer their time and culinary expertise to bring the public a taste of their own spectacular recipes. You will taste an extraordinary variety of foods from Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños to Guinness Chocolate Cake (who doesn’t like anything wrapped in bacon? And Guinness Chocolate Cake…It speaks for itself). 2010 will be the 16th year Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida will be bringing you this event of culinary marvels. To make it a sure good time we will be bringing you Rock and Roll that will nock your socks off. Buy a ticket to the VIP pre-party and start the evening with terrific cocktails and delicious appetizers from a select group of restaurant sponsors. At 6:30 the doors will open for everyone and we will begin the Chef Procession where you will meet the 100+ men who have transformed themselves into chefs for the evening, and will impress you with their charm and exquisite cuisine.
